As a lawyer practicing in family law, Fabrizio Mancuso has an impressive track record. After graduating from McGill University with an academic record that placed him in the top 15% of his class, he subsequently practised with leading figures in family law who acted as mentors to him. He also practised at a large firm, Spiegel Sohmer, and at legal aid, where he was assigned a very diverse caseload. During his career, Mr. Mancuso has represented clients before the Court of Quebec (Youth Court), Superior Court and Court of Appeal.
Mr. Mancuso currently serves as the President of the Superior Court Liaison Committee for family matters, where committee members work with the members of the judiciary to propose and implement solutions for improving the family law system as a whole, both in terms of the sound administration of justice and in the client’s best interest. Mr. Mancuso also volunteers with the Young Bar of Montreal, playing a role on their Sociocultural and Sports Activities Committee, which aims to facilitate members’ integration and interaction by offering them various social, sports and cultural activities.
