Laurence Ledoux has a master’s degree in criminal and penal law from the University of Sherbrooke. From the moment she joined the firm, at the very start of her career, she has dedicated herself to defending her clients’ rights. She stays closely involved in every single case she takes on—-from conjugal violence or sexual crimes, to fraud, or other complex cases. Laurence fights hard to prove her clients’ innocence—even if it means a trial lasting several days. She defends her clients’ rights to the very end, whether by filing motions to invalidate certain evidence or by pleading to reduce a sentence that a prosecutor wants to impose on them.
As a lawyer guided by strong principles, Laurence believes in rehabilitation and the right to a full and complete defence. She is a fervent believer in justice, who is socially involved as a volunteer with the Young Bar of Montreal, Juripop legal clinic, and Canadian Cancer Society.
