Ms. Vallelonga heads up the family law and youth protection division at Devichy Lawyers.
She quickly distinguished herself at the beginning of her career by accepting challenging cases in criminal law. Following that, her autonomy and professional ambitions brought her to accomplish yet another pursuit: gaining experience in family law and building, from the ground up, a family law division within a firm of criminal law lawyers.
A tenacious negotiator and workaholic, she pours all her energy into doing whatever it takes to ensure her clients’ peace of mind in the midst of a family crisis. She is especially appreciated for her human qualities, which likely explains how she has succeeded in surrounding herself with a great team that is very loyal to her. Veronica’s expertise is also valued outside Court: for example, she was asked to speak at the University of Montreal’s Faculty of Law.
A graduate of McGill as well as Laval University, Veronica is fluently bilingual (English-French). She also speaks Italian.
